PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES<\/strong><\/p><p><br \/><strong>3.1 Prohibited Products<\/strong><br \/>Sellers can not sell:<br \/>Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized goods<br \/>Stolen property or goods of questionable origin<br \/>Items that violate intellectual property rights<br \/>Illegal items or items restricted by law<br \/>Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials<br \/>Adult content or sexually explicit items<br \/>Live animals or animal parts from endangered species<br \/>Prescription drugs or controlled substances<br \/>Items that promote hate, violence, or discrimination<\/p><p><br \/><strong>3.2 Prohibited Business Practices<\/strong><br \/>Sellers can not:<br \/>Engage in price gouging or deceptive pricing<br \/>Make false or misleading claims about products<br \/>Manipulate reviews or ratings<br \/>Engage in shill bidding or fake transactions<br \/>Spam customers or other sellers<br \/>Circumvent Platform fees or payment processing<br \/>Operate competing marketplaces while participating<\/p><p><br \/><strong>3.3 Prohibited Marketing Practices<\/strong><br \/>Sellers can not:<br \/>Use misleading or deceptive advertising<br \/>Make unauthorized use of The Silver Tuna Marketplace brand<br \/>Engage in spam or unsolicited marketing<br \/>Use customer data for unauthorized purposes<br \/>Violate privacy laws or regulations<br \/>Engage in negative marketing against other sellers<\/p><p><br \/><strong>3.4 Consequences of Violations<\/strong><br \/>Violations of prohibited activities may result in:<br \/>First offense: Written warning and corrective action required<br \/>Second offense: Suspension of services for 30 days.
